What You''ll Be Doing: Schedule and coordinate bulk fuel deliveries across QLD and northern NSW, aligning drivers, routes, and timing for smooth execution. Act as the central point of communication between drivers, customers, and operations staff. Monitor deliveries in real time, resolve unexpected delays or changes, and keep things running safely and efficiently. Maintain compliance with transport regulations, fatigue management, and Chain of Responsibility. Participate in the rotating after-hours on-call support (approx. one week every two months), helping drivers with occasional issues or late-night guidance. One day a week or fortnight working from the Burleigh office, to maintain an already well established connection with the local team of drivers. Who You Are: Experienced in logistics, dispatch, or scheduling ideally in transport or fuel, but open to high performers from related industries. Confident communicator who builds rapport easily and keeps cool under pressure. Tech-savvy and organised, with a head for planning and problem-solving. Energetic and engaging someone who contributes to a positive, supportive team vibe. Comfortable in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and quick thinking is key.
