Job Title

Leading equity-based technology group requires a permanent Senior PMO Analyst for their Sydney CBD office. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will be a hands-on PMO and work with the Program teams, ensuring all functions of PMO are met. On a daily basis you will: Work closely with senior executives and project teams to define and advise project objectives, scope, and requirements, and ensure that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Establish and implement project management methodologies, tools, and templates to ensure consistency across all projects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and proactively develop and implement solutions to minimize their impact. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the PMO and implement improvements where necessary. To succeed in this role, you are: Tertiary qualification in a related field is highly regarded. 3-5 years of experience in a similar or related role, ideally in the commercial sector Project management qualifications or accreditation with a recognised industry provider, or equivalent industry experience, e.g., SAFe, Agile, PmBOK, Prince 2 highly regarded. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, supporting executive-level reporting and communications. Working knowledge of project management tools, including MS Project, JIRA or similar. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong team player able to navigate complexity.
