The company was established 60 years ago and has been operating in Australia for over 40 years. We are seeking a General Manager for our Perth operation. The candidate we seek will need to: - Have proven experience as a General Manager, with strong strategic skills in organizations involved in Capital Equipment Sales, Aftermarket Operations, and possibly rentals. - Be capable of building a cohesive team and mentoring staff toward greater success. - Be proficient in managing P&L and steering the business towards increased revenue and profit. - Understand sales team and aftermarket team management, with a hands-on approach in these areas. - Be an exceptional communicator at all levels, including overseas boards of directors.
