Its a role that requires confidence, initiative, and a desire to elevate every experiencefor your team, our clients, and the brand. $110k commissions Super About the Role As the Showroom Leader, you will be the face of our Sydney team, representing our brand values and delivering a seamless, premium client experience. Based in our beautifully designed Darlinghurst showroom, youll work with design professionals, homeowners, and industry partners to support both sales and brand growth. Work Hours: Tuesday (9am5pm) Saturday (10am3pm) Staff parking is available on-site. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and presentation of the Sydney showroom Maintain showroom to the highest aesthetic and functional standards Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and informed client interactions Track and convert sales leads using Salesforce CRM Support the business development team with in-showroom consultations and hospitality Coordinate sample requests, inventory and distribution (courier/post) Manage general administrative tasks and continuously improve back-office systems Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every visitor experience is warm, professional, and memorable About You To succeed in this role, youll bring a combination of passion, polish, and process. You should be as comfortable welcoming clients into a beautifully curated space as you are managing CRM data and fine-tuning logistics behind the scenes. Skills & Experience: 2 years of experience in retail, design, or customer service roles Experience in the home design or construction industry is highly regarded A natural communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Experience using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) Professional, warm, and confident presencealways with a smile Performance Indicators Success in this role will be measured by: Prompt response to all client inquiries (within 24 hours) Active and accurate pipeline management in Salesforce Strong sales conversion through attentive, proactive engagement Sample stock levels maintained and monitored with relevant departments Contribution to a positive team culture and consistent client satisfaction Bonus incentives are available based on team performance.
