In this rewarding and hands-on role, you will oversee the delivery of person-centred hotel services including cleaning, laundry operations, and store management. You will coordinate daily routines, support staff, ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards, and provide practical support across all service areas. From maintaining stock levels and supervising laundry workflows to delivering high-quality cleaning services, your work will directly contribute to the health, comfort, and dignity of our residents. This is a leadership role where no two days are the sameand your attention to detail and care will make a lasting impact. About You Youre an organised, proactive, and compassionate individual who leads by example and works well in a team environment. With a strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and infection control standards, youre committed to delivering high-quality services that support resident wellbeing. Youre confident supervising daily operations, communicating effectively, and handling both administrative and practical tasks. Experience in cleaning, laundry services, or store coordination is essential, with leadership or team coordination experience highly regarded.
