What your day will look like Ensure clients arrive at their appointments on time Support clients with activities of daily living, including personal care Deliver high-quality care in a home-based setting Implement interventions in line with individual care plans Accurately document client interactions using cloud-based software Assist with medication management Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring all dietary needs are met Provide domestic assistance to maintain a clean and safe environment You will need: Qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care or Health Services Assistance Current Working with Children''s Check National Police Check Current NDIS Worker screening check Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Evidence of current flu vaccination Evidence of 3x Covid vaccinations At least 12 months experience working within a facility and/or in community environment.
