Our services include: Lawn mowing and garden maintenance Hedging and landscaping Pressure cleaning Internal and external property cleaning Fleet vehicle detailing With increasing demand and plans to expand into other regions of Queensland , we are seeking an experienced and capable Operations Manager to lead service delivery, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence across our current and future service areas. About the Role: Youll be responsible for coordinating job delivery from quote to completion. This includes scheduling crews, overseeing safety and compliance, managing supplies and equipment, and maintaining client relationships. Youll work closely with internal supervisors and corporate teams, and serve as the first point of contact for many of our incoming customer enquiries. This role requires strong proficiency in ServiceM8 , as well as a background in quoting and managing service jobs in industries like cleaning, landscaping, construction, or property care . Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight, Quoting, Scheduling, Invoicing Manage end-to-end workflows via ServiceM8 , including quoting, job assignment, progress tracking, job notes and invoicing Coordinate with the supervisor to ensure job readiness, crew scheduling, and timely execution Monitor field operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Safety & Compliance Support the Compliance Officer in ensuring all workers meet training, licensing, and WHS requirements Work with the supervisor to ensure daily toolbox talks and pre-starts are being conducted and recorded, and safety protocols are upheld Supplies, Equipment & Maintenance Liaise with Corporate Services to manage stock levels, consumables, and ordering Oversee scheduled maintenance and insurance of tools, vehicles, and equipment Customer Engagement & Business Growth Manage incoming enquiries via Outlook and phone, providing prompt, professional responses Attend site visits, client meetings, and briefings as needed Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for growth Future Regional Oversight Be prepared to oversee additional operations as DSG expands into other QLD regions Some travel may be required in the future to support regional growth, training, or site management What You Bring: Strong background in operations management in cleaning, construction, landscaping, or similar Proven experience in quoting and invoicing for service-based work Advanced proficiency with ServiceM8 or other job management platforms A high level of initiative, independence, and accountability Excellent communication and organisational skills Knowledge of WHS and compliance obligations Current drivers licence (essential) Apply via ATWs jobs board or contact us for further information ( or Additional Information Occupation: Occupation Category: Closing Date: 30/06/2025 Available Positions: 1 Job Requirements: Applicants require their Own Car ?
