Thrive in a team based environment This is a hands on reception role and will also involve providing efficient, accurate and timely support for our administration and sales areas of the business. You will need to be driven and attentive to detail as this position will be involved with: Promotion of Graces Services over the phone The prompt answering of all incoming calls and directing to the right area Providing assistance in both the administrative and sales areas of the business Line of communication between all relevant staff Ensuring the flow of accurate information Ideally we are looking for: Previous experience in an administration environment A great attitude towards customer service A person who takes responsibility for their own performance Excellent communication skills Office and data entry experience Whats in it for you?
