Our dedicated team responds to emergency callouts or scheduled planned alterations and preventative maintenance for our clients. About the role A Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out building maintenance works, coordinating installations, responding to callouts, and completing diagnostic and repair services across a broad range of sites and locations for our clients, offering a high level of customer service. About you Strong experience within the commercial building industry or facilities maintenance Handyman experience and/or Trade qualification (Building, Carpentry or Joinery) and current construction industry card Basic understanding of the principles of most trades and services.
