About the Role: Process end-to-end payroll in line with relevant legislation and company policies Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details, leave balances, and pay adjustments Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, superannuation, and other entitlements Interpret and apply relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and workplace legislation Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits as required Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner Skills and Experience: Previous payroll experience in a similar end-to-end role is essential Exposure to large payroll systems - SAP preferred but not essential Experience with award interpretation is required In-depth understanding of payroll legislation and processes Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines independently If this role sounds like you, then please APPLY NOW!
