Key Responsibilities:Provide physical and emotional support to residents who require assistance with daily living tasks, including mobility, meals, and personal care. Participate in the development and review of resident/client care plans; ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate to facilitate ongoing planning and provision of care for residents. Maintain the personal dignity and privacy of all residents, their representatives and staff, and ensure that all interaction with residents and their representatives are treated confidentially. Support the development and review of care plans to meet individual needs. Maintain a safe, secure, dignified, and comfortable environment for all residents. Undertake and complete tasks as delegated by Registered Nurse. Perform position responsibilities in accordance with the Positive Wellbeing Model of Care.
