Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility You will be responsible for growing the Property Finance lending book, delivering portfolio returns, and managing risk proactively. You will be involved in early-stage deal structuring with customers, referral partners, and internal stakeholders to create lending proposals that are both commercially compelling and aligned with the banks risk profile. Your key responsibilities include the preparation of early-stage credit papers, pitch decks, financial models, and credit ratings. You will also provide oversight and support for the Originations and Coverage teams, offering insights and advice on diligence, risk, and legal documentation for large transactions. Additionally, you will deliver transactional strategies, policy and process amendments, and portfolio management reporting to drive a competitive yet risk-appropriate lending proposition. Utilising your effective stakeholder management skills you will work across internal and external counterparties, including Treasury, Credit Committee, Support Teams, and Referral Partners.
