Customer Success Manager Key points: Lead product advocacy and become the trusted advisor. Permanent position with career growth opportunities. This role is a hybrid/remote role with regular travel Company Elected Technologies is a mission-led software company that partners with elected representatives and political parties to help them engage, organise and take meaningful action. Their platform is widely used by political professionals and is continuously evolving to meet sector needs. Role overview You will play a pivotal role in helping clients get the most out of the Elected Technologies platforms. Enable clients by encompassing the entire customer journey from onboarding, training, troubleshooting, engagement and strategic insights. This is a role where you will work with and empower users of a software platform that services political offices across Australia and has a client base that is global with a head office in the UK. This role will have you guiding clients through best practices, providing strategic and technical support, and will allow you to grow into a senior client success position. What they are looking for: You are a capable communicator with technical aptitude and a customer-focused mindset. Your background includes client support, training or success roles, ideally in tech or SaaS. You are comfortable with ambiguity, adept at problem solving, and excited by the intersection of technology and public impact. Key responsibilities: Provide responsive support and proactive training to users Guide best practice use of the platform, including telephony and advanced tools Onboard new clients and manage their go-live process Maintain deep knowledge of the product to act as a subject matter expert Develop user-friendly resources and training materials Analyse user data to identify trends and adoption opportunities Test new features and deliver structured feedback to the product team Communicate client insights and feature requests internally Maintain accurate support records and drive continuous improvement The skills, knowledge and experience you bring: Proven experience in customer success, support, or client training Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Technically proficient, with familiarity in tools like Google Workspace Organised, detail-oriented, and responsive Experience in political campaigns or party operations (bonus) Comfortable with remote work or located in Adelaide Able to manage multiple client expectations and time-sensitive tasks Role Details: Full-time or four-day week available Adelaide-based or remote with regular travel (up to twice/month) Flexible structure with scope to evolve into a senior position Culture of the Business: Work in a values-driven team committed to enhancing political engagement through technology.
