Join our busy Mackay-based workshop in a hands-on support role where no two days are the same. This is a full-time permanent position ideal for someone organised, proactive, and ready to support a team working on heavy earthmoving equipment. The Offer Rates from $35/hour, depending on experience | Casual Contracts Available Permanent roster based in our Mackay workshop Plenty of extra hours available | Paid fortnightly Super paid on all hours worked $5K Refer a Mate incentive Access discounts on health insurance, retailers, novated leases & salary packaging What will your day-to-day look like? Maintain a clean and organised workshop and yard area Refill routine consumables like oil, grease and other workshop essentials Assist with parts collections and deliveries as required Monitor and restock internal workshop stores Support workshop trades with general tasks across all departments Ensure all tasks are completed safely and in line with the Safety, Health & Environment Management System Assist with general housekeeping and workshop upkeep What are you bringing to the table? Unrestricted rights to work in Australia (no sponsorship available) Manual Australian drivers licence (mandatory) Forklift licence (mandatory) Good communication, time management, and teamwork skills High level of attention to detail and pride in keeping things tidy Ability to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical including a drug and alcohol screen.
