About the role: Collaborative Consulting: Work alongside experienced team members to help clients improve their technology landscape, workforce management processes, payroll function or even lead a large-scale implementation. Youll provide valuable insights and contribute to designing and implementing smarter, more efficient systems, ways of working and client outcomes. Were on the lookout for an enthusiastic Manager to join our Workforce & Payroll Solutions Advisory (WPS) team! If youve got a solid foundation in payroll, HRIS, workforce management, or program management Maybe youve dabbled in all of the above! We want to see what you can do! Requirements: 5 years Experience with Payroll, HRIS, or Workforce Management: Whether youve worked with payroll systems, HRIS, or program management, we want to hear how you can contribute. Project Management: Youve been a project manager or lead and are looking to expand in this area. Youre eager for the chance to demonstrate your experience and learn from seasoned professionals while stepping forward to lead opportunities in program delivery.
