The Role Toll Group is seeking a skilled an experienced Senior IT Solution Analyst to join our team in Sydney. The Senior IT Solution Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining configurations, integrations in Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS. It requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and efficient solutions while ensuring compliance with best practices and company standards. As the Senior IT Solution Analyst, you will: WMS Development: Design, configure, build, test, and deploy Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS solutions. Technical Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot integration/configuration issues and identify opportunities for system optimization and scalability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT and business units to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams and workflows. Compliance & Security: Ensure all developments meet data protection, security, and regulatory standards. Testing: Perform comprehensive testing (unit, system, UAT) to ensure quality and reliability of configurations and integrations. Extensive Experience & Analysis: Bring 10 years of experience in Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS, analyzing existing configurations and data to identify improvement opportunities. Customer Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers to understand needs, document detailed requirements, and define functional specifications and user stories. System Enhancements & Customization: Implement requested changes using WMS customization tools, develop custom reports, dashboards, and set up ETL processes for accurate data handling. Data Management & Optimization: Enhance data integrity through cleansing, normalization, and governance practices. Training & Documentation: Provide training for superusers and end-users, and develop comprehensive user guides and knowledge base materials. Support, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance, gather feedback, identify further enhancements, and offer ongoing support and maintenance. What moves you?
