With projects ranging from $5mil $20mil across sectors like aged care, defence, government, rail, and education, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on technically challenging and detail-focused builds. What Youll Be Doing: Overseeing the day-to-day site operations on new builds valued $5mil $20mil Managing subcontractors, program, and safety to deliver high-quality outcomes Working across diverse sectors aged care, defence, education, government, and commercial Ensuring quality and detail are maintained to architectural standards Delivering projects within 1 hour of Brisbane (no FIFO or interstate travel) What You Bring: Experience as a Site Manager on commercial new build projects $10mil Trade background (preferred) Drive to grow professionally Keen to learn more?
