We''re looking for a passionate and organised Property Manager / Maintenance Coordinator to help ensure homes are safe, well-maintained, and tailored to the needs of tenants. Why You''ll Love This Role Convenient Docklands Location - Modern office in a well-connected area Flexible Start/Finish Times - Choose from 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm On-Call Weekend Roster - Shared responsibility (every few weeks) with a 4-5 person rotation About the Role As a Property Specialist, you''ll oversee property maintenance and improvement projects across a national portfolio. You''ll be the key link between tenants, tradespeople, internal teams, and external stakeholders-ensuring housing is not only compliant and functional, but also respectful of the unique needs of each resident. Key Responsibilities Coordinate maintenance, repairs, modifications, and inspections Manage contractor visits, safety compliance, and property records Maintain strong relationships with strata, contractors, and stakeholders Track budgets, process POs, and manage Capex reporting Ensure documentation and communication is timely and accurate Support projects from initiation to completion, especially during new tenancies Travel interstate when required What We''re Looking For Experience in property or maintenance management (essential) Background in disability services, social housing, or compliance (desirable) Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus White Card required; NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain) The Ideal Candidate Will Be: Organised and proactive Calm under pressure with great attention to detail A clear communicator and relationship builder Committed to working with purpose and integrity Ready to make a difference in housing for people with disabilities?
