The Spare Parts Interpreter s primary role is to generate parts sales to internal and external customers whilst maintaining good customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves responding to customer enquiries and interpreting customer requirements to achieve a positive and successful outcome. Attending to internal & external enquiries, either through counter sales, email or via phone. Exceptional Customer Service Inventory Control, including scheduling and executing regular stocktake on both the main warehouse and the Field Service Technicians vans. Packing and shipping of orders General warehousing duties Replenishment of Field Service Technicians van stock Provide quotes to the Service Department to assist with customer repair quotes Building an effective and positive relationship with all customers. What youll need to succeed 3 years of Previous Spare Parts Interpreting experience is highly regarded Forklift Industry experience an advantage Excellent Communication Good mechanical skills Forklift License preferred, not essential Microsoft Office Baseplan software experience preferred Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously Ability to work to strict deadlines You will have excellent oral and written communication skills and a proficiency in time management Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment What youll get in return You will have the opportunity to work with a growing nationally recognized employer in its industry which boasts good staff culture and support network.
