Purpose of the role Your role will be to work in one of their business services teams which offers a broad range of services including: Manage your own client base Coach and mentor staff Oversee the quality of client work Develop systems and processes and help drive firm culture Build and maintain your own client relationships Monitor and ensure statutory compliance deadlines for your clients are met Providing input into ongoing strategic and commercial decisions Win new clients and grow your client base (if you have never done this before, we will train you) Candidate Attributes Minimum 6 years experience in tax compliance and/or business services CA/CPA preferred Experience managing a team Experience managing an offshore team highly regarded Able to juggle competing priorities well Enjoy direct client contact and lots of it Why work for here?
