AWX is seeking dedicated food production workers to join our dynamic team in Richlands Area. We offer onsite parking and immediate starts, ideal for those ready to work in a fast-paced setting. Job Highlights: Multiple Shift Opportunities: Day: 6-8am start Afternoon: 5pm start Shift Duration: 5 - 8 hours Enterprise Bargaining Agreement worksite On the job training provided Flexible Rostering Schedule Key Responsibilities: Machine Operator: Working around machinery, including industrial cutters and wash stations Mixing and Blending Operating and Maintaining Labeller and Filler machines Monitoring and programming ovens according to specifications Production Line: Labelling and adjusting products on the line to ensure efficiency of production. Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment, performing routine maintenance and sanitation tasks to comply with hygiene and safety protocols.
