About Us Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane Employment Type: 18 Months FTC Start Date: June 2025 Reporting to: Program Manager Endeavour Group is Australias largest retail drinks network under the Dan Murphys and BWS brands. We also run the country''s largest portfolio of licensed hotels. Endeavour Group demerged from Woolworths in 2021 and, as part of the transition, is taking the opportunity to transform how we operate as an independent business and establish supporting technology. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering the transition of our data lake/warehouse from Woolworths to Endeavour Group. The role requires managing dependencies, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the transition meets commercial, technical and business requirements and does not disrupt our BAU teams along the way. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams, including the PMO, data and AI, other transformation programs, technology and business teams to ensure successful delivery and alignment with Endeavour Groups strategic objectives. Previous experience managing the migration of an Enterprise DWH to a public cloud DWH (GCP, AWS or Azure) is highly desirable. About the Role Responsibilities (not limited to): Engaging with Woolworths transition teams to align on approach, dependencies, milestones, risks and issues impacting the transition Obtaining the validation of the Business Case based on a Best, Worst, Most Likely scenario construct, as well as the Continual validation of the Business Case with the Project Sponsor Operating within the requirements specified by the organisations operating model, including the Delivery Framework and the Governance Framework End to end coordinated management of all stage gates in accordance with the requirements of the organisation Ensuring all project component delivery/operational/regulatory/reputation risk impacts are maintained within acceptable and agreed parameters Ensuring Architectural alignment with the organisations Business & Technology requirements Ensuring supplier vendors are fully aligned with project goals, the organisations Project Management requirements & Values Leading the transition of our data analytics capabilities, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. Coordinating technical and business readiness activities, including operational cutover and readiness. Ensuring post-migration stabilisation, tracking transition and operational performance and supporting incident resolution during the initial transition Implementing governance and documentation frameworks to track test cases, results, and issues. Managing cross-functional collaboration across data&ai, technology and vendor teams to drive effective delivery and outcomes. What do we need from you Essential Experience: Proven experience (5 years) as a Project Manager or similar delivery leadership role in a large, complex organisation Experience delivering cloud data warehousing build and/or transformation projects Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques Proficient in the use of applications including but not limited to presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications.
