About the role As a Graduate PBFA Accountant, you will: Work closely with senior accountants, managers, and partners to provide tax and business advisory services. Assist with the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports. Gain insights into business structures, tax planning, and financial strategies. Develop expertise in cloud accounting software and financial analysis tools. Be part of a structured learning and development program, ensuring your growth as a professional. You will also have the opportunity to broaden your skills with extensive training, development and support through our internal Early Careers Program (including our National graduate conference) and the Chartered Accountant Program, as well as further relevant post graduate studies. Who were after We are looking for accounting graduates with a keen interest in business who want to grow with the firm to become a trusted advisor to our clients. You: Are a soon-to-be or recent graduate (graduation date between 2022 and 2025) with an accounting major Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen; Australian Permanent Resident; or Are an international student and will independently apply for a relevant Visa(s) with full working rights for the duration of the program Will bring a can-do attitude, a willingness to put your hand up, have a go, and step outside your comfort zone With a track record of working in teams and an interest in self-development, youre looking to improve yourself and are keen to work with a wide range of clients Have a desire to complete your CA or CPA qualification To be successful in this role your qualities, skills and knowledge will include: Honesty and Integrity Exceptional organisational skills Analytical skills Attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Knowledge of understanding of Accounting principles What we offer At Pitcher Partners we believe success is better shared.
