The team work closely together with the aim of providing quality customer service ensuring transactions are compliant at the same time meeting client''s expectation. We are currently looking for a talented Trust Account Administrator to join our Client Monies specialist team on a permanent basis in our Sydney office. The Role Performing data compliance check on trust and controlled money receipts and payments to ensure compliance with firm, client policies and jurisdictional compliance obligations Managing completion of client monies requests in a Practice Management System within agreed SLA and client requirements Advising on any areas that require intervention to comply and meet agreed SLAs Liaising with financial institutions for the transactional information related to client monies request and attend banking Perform trust and controlled money reconciliations and monthly reporting requirements Liaise and develop relationships with various internal and external clients Manage compliance to firm''s delegated approvals and authorities Liaising with the firms external trust auditors in specific jurisdictions More About You We welcome applicants who have: At least 2 years functional business experience, demonstrating strong working knowledge of client monies in a legal environment.
