Real Estate & Property Admin / Office Support Sydney Permanent / Full Time Posted: 5/6/2025 $90,000-$90,000 p/a $90k salary package pro rata Previous experience in retail or commercial property administration Work for a reputable national property group Property Network of Australia is seeking two Retail Administration Managers to support the efficient operation of a well-established national property group with a diverse retail portfolio. We are seeking individuals with prior or current experience working in a fast-paced retail or commercial property environment, with a strong focus on administration, tenant liaison, and financial processing. One opportunity is a full-time role paying $90,000 including super, while the second is a part-time role (22 hours per week), pro rata based on the same package. These roles are perfect for professionals who thrive in a busy setting and bring a structured, proactive approach to administration and lease support tasks across multiple assets. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support including drafting correspondence, updating registers, and supporting team meetings. Manage key leasing and financial administration tasks including lease setup/termination, sundry charges, reconciliations, and invoicing. Liaise with tenants regarding arrears, invoice payments, insurance, and bank guarantees, ensuring MRI records are accurate and up to date. Assist with compiling statutory, valuation, and audit reports and coordinating client documentation. Coordinate tenant sales data, Casual Mall Leasing (CML) admin, and turnover MAT reporting. Support the Facilities team by assisting with contract setups, compliance, and invoice processing. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in property administration, ideally within a retail or commercial property setting. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Experience using MRI or other property management systems (desirable). A current and valid Certificate of Registration or Agents Representative Certificate.
