As they continue to scale, they are looking for a Social Media Specialist to drive their engagement, growth, and storytelling across digital platforms. We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to develop and deliver high-impact, on-brand content for their digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in video editing, content strategy, social storytelling, and digital engagementespecially in a fast-paced, creative environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and execute content strategies that align with Fundos brand and business objectives. Create and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including short-form videos, image posts, copywriting, and audio. Edit video and audio using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition). Develop campaign assets from concept to production using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator). Collaborate with in-house product, design and development teams to deliver integrated campaigns and digital experiences. Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and ensure consistent brand voice and quality. Engage with online communities and respond to customer feedback in line with company policies. Analyse performance metrics using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social reporting dashboards. Stay up to date with platform trends and compliance regulations relevant to the Australian fintech industry. Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. At least ten (10) years of experience in digital content creation, with proven success across multiple social media platforms. Proficiency in video production and editing, including storyboarding and post-production. Demonstrated skills in copywriting, campaign ideation, and social media management. Experience with SEO basics, content optimisation, and audience targeting. Knowledge of marketing trends, especially within fintech or regulated industries, is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for visual detail and tone. Familiarity with project and campaign management tools such as Notion or Trello is desirable.
