With a practice covering the full spectrum of property law, this role provides exposure to major transactions, sophisticated clients, and strategic development work. Youll work closely with three market-leading Partners and a collegiate team of property lawyers advising on: High-value commercial acquisitions and disposals Retail, industrial, and commercial leasing Development and project structuring Due diligence and contract negotiation Complex title and easement matters. The Ideal Candidate You will ideally bring: At least 7 years PAE in a top-tier or leading mid-tier commercial property practice Strong technical capability in property transactions Experience mentoring juniors and managing client relationships Confidence working independently and collaboratively Why this firm?
