Role Overview: We are on the lookout for a dedicated Retail Manager to join our passionate team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy pizza restaurant. As a pivotal leader within the business, youll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing staff, maintaining high food and hygiene standards, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth front-of-house functions and maintaining high standards of presentation and service. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance; prepare and manage staff rosters to meet operational demands and optimize productivity. Monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers as required, and manage stock rotation and loss prevention strategies to minimize costs. Ensure compliance with relevant workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations, food safety standards (if applicable), and company policies. Provide excellent customer service by handling complaints, resolving issues effectively, and creating a welcoming and inclusive store environment. Drive store sales by implementing promotional activities, monitoring sales performance, and identifying opportunities for growth. Analyse store performance by reviewing financial reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting results to management. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and effective inventory control. About You: Proven experience in hospitality or food retail management (preferably 2 years) A hands-on leader with a strong customer service ethos Excellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and OH&S regulations Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Formal qualification in Retail or Hospitality Management desirable Why Join Us?
