Your day could include: Managing calendars, supplier calls, and high-value client comms Booking flights, cars, dinners, events both business and personal Running point on HR admin, contracts, onboarding, and scheduling Coordinating with marketing and workshop teams across two states Helping organise media shoots, brand meetings, and travel schedules Following up on payments, proposals, or performance check-ins Protecting the CEOs time like its your own Thinking ahead, fixing friction, and getting it done before being asked Who Might This Suit? You will need 3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, EA, or Ops Support role along with: Sharp, proactive, insanely organised, and thrives under pressure Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally Loves problem-solving and can juggle five moving parts at once Loyal, trustworthy, and understands the weight of discretion Can keep pace with a founder who doesnt slow down Is ready to own the role not just fill a seat Ability to speak multiple languages (Mandarin desirable!)
