The Role Were looking for a confident, style-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of their Bondi Junction Boutique. Youll be the right hand to the Store Manager leading by example on the shop floor, building real connections with customers, and coaching your team to hit sales goals. Its a hands-on role where no two days look the same think styling, mentoring, visual merchandising, and making sure every customer leaves feeling like a VIP.
