Whats on Offer: $140k - $170k Super First project a $20mil townhouse development in Labrador Work on one project at a time Projects ranging from $4mil to $20mil, within GC, Morayfield, Ipswich triangle The Opportunity: Your first project will be a $20mil townhouse development in Labrador, where youll manage the site from start to finish overseeing program, subcontractors, safety, and quality. Youll focus on one project at a time and be based on sites across the greater Brisbane region, delivering a variety of builds including childcare centres, townhouse developments, community projects, schools, and sporting facilities. This role would suit an experienced Site Manager or a capable Foreman looking to take the next step into a more senior role.
