Why this role stands out: Based in the vibrant Brisbane CBD office, the successful candidate will handle some of Australia''s most complex medical indemnity claims and health liability matters, including: Defending personal injury and negligence claims Disciplinary actions (including Medicare) Public Liability matters Respond to regulatory inquiries OHO, AHPRA and the Coroner investigations You will support major health organisations, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals across all court jurisdictions - from Local/Magistrates'' Courts through to Supreme Court matters. Work alongside the best: You''ll collaborate directly with a distinguished Principals, recognised as a leading practitioner in health law and medical negligence. We''re looking for: 2 years PAE in insurance law, either at Lawyer or Associate level Demonstrated experience in health claims, PIPA matters and/or professional indemnity Genuine Interest to specialise in this space Lawyers with up to 5 years PAE are encouraged to apply.
