As a Customer Re-engagement Agent in our Health Insurance team, youll be contacting people whove previously enquired about private health cover but havent yet spoken with us. Your role is to reconnect with these warm leads, build quick rapport, and reignite their interest in reviewing their options. You wont be selling insurance yourself your goal is to highlight the value of speaking with one of our expert Sales Agents and book them in for that next conversation. Its a fast-paced, people-focused role where your communication skills really make a difference. This position suits someone who enjoys being on the phone and talking to people all day. While its not a direct sales role, were looking for people who thrive on hitting targets and are motivated by commission.
