As a Marketing Coordinator , youll play a key role in driving high-quality leads and supporting campaigns that help our villages thrive. About The Position Reporting to the Marketing Manager Established Communities , youll support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, traditional media, and events. Youll collaborate with sales and village teams to deliver initiatives that generate and convert leads, while ensuring brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. Full time Monday to Friday - 9 Month Fixed Term contract Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels Maintain and improve online assets including village pages and listings Support the planning and delivery of sales events and marketing collateral Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing with project goals Monitor competitor activity and contribute to market research Assist with reporting on campaign performance and outcomes Were on the lookout for someone with: 12 years experience in a marketing role Strong communication and organisational skills Experience supporting marketing campaigns and events Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) and marketing automation tools A collaborative mindset and ability to work independently Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (desirable) Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (current).
