We are currently seeking experienced Front End Loader and Excavator Operators to join our fast-growing East Coast team and clients, on site in Pinkenba. This position will be 6 months casual, with possible opportunities to move to permanent full time direct with the client. Hours worked will be dayshift of 6 am to 2 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend shifts. Duties Include: Operating earthmoving equipment (i.e. Front End Loaders, excavators) Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures and company regulations Maintain a professional image and deliver high quality customer service at all times Inform and assist drivers and/or members of the public of proper placement of loads to ensure most effective spreading or compacting of materials Experience & Qualifications A valid Drivers licence Front End Loader and Excavator operator tickets About You Ability to work in fast paced work environments with a strong work ethic. Possess great attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Be exceptionally organised, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure. Have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Be a team player.
