Employment Type: Part Time (4 day per week)- 3 months (June Sept) Remuneration: $85717 Full Time Equivalent 17% superannuation Location: Kensington UNSW Campus Why Your Role Matters We are looking for someone who can join the Office of Assurance and Integrity for 3 months (starting date asap until September), 4 days a week, to provide proactive, practical and efficient administrative support to the team. This role is covering for someone on leave. The main responsibilities include: Provide high level administrative support to the Office including ordering IT equipment, stationery, and consumables Develop and maintain detailed filing systems, spreadsheets, databases, websites and other administrative systems Review and monitor finance administration requests Manage the induction/new starter process for all new staff for the Office Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Undertake data entry and data extraction from various systems including the Governance, Risk and Compliance system Organise, support and promote Office training and events, including booking and setting up rooms, organising catering, assisting with setting up programs, assisting with registrations, collating and distributing materials, communicating with presenters, and recording Assist with updating website content and materials as directed, including communications, content on Teams site and Sharepoint, and EDMs through chosen tools Who You Are We are looking for someone who is aligned with UNSWs vision and values and comes with: Demonstrated previous experience in an administrative role (essential) and providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels. Previous experience in higher education will be highly desirable Advanced time management, organisational and problem-solving skills Well-developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills Highly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications The role is part time, 4 days a week (no preferred days). The contract will end at the end of September 2025 no planned extension past this date at this point. We expect the successful candidate to work mainly in the office but there might be some flexibility to occasionally work from home once onboarded.
