HopgoodGanim Lawyers is seeking a committed practitioner at Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate level to join our Planning and Environment team. Youll have the opportunity to work with both public and private sector clients across a diverse range of matters, including: Planning law and development approval processes, including litigation and dispute resolution; Land Court proceedings involving property resumptions; Environmental approvals, compliance and enforcement issues including prosecutions; and Due diligence investigations on large property transactions and public floats. About you Youre a motivated and thoughtful practitioner whos ready to take the next step in your Planning and Environment career and youre looking for the right team to grow with.
