The role: Reporting to the Divisional Lead, you will be responsible for driving the efficacy & impact of all Omni-channel engagement initiatives across varied portfolios. You will partner with a number of cross functional team members, both here and abroad, to constantly share learnings and to constantly improve. You will analyse customer insights in order to build & expand solutions provided and amplify digital strategies. Ultimately you will support the delivery of an optimal customer experience at all stages of the customer journey.
