The opportunity Reporting to the Board and leading a talented executive team, the CEO will: Develop and deliver a bold strategic vision with the Board to position QM as a dynamic, globally relevant organisation; a world-class museum for all Queenslanders. Oversee innovative exhibitions, programs, and revenue growth through creative partnerships, commercial initiatives, and audience development. Elevate the museums public profile with government, industry, donors, and communities, providing timely strategic advice and fostering strong relationships. Lead and inspire a diverse executive team and workforce, promoting excellence, inclusivity, financial sustainability, and robust governance. Champion diversity, inclusion, and sustainability, ensuring QM reflects and serves all communities.
