Key Points: Flexible remote working environment Just two days in the office P/W, with increased flexibility when youve hit your target Monthly Comms up to 50% - Uncapped Monthly travel incentives Recent & future destinations include Cairns, NZ, Bali, New Caledonia etc General social and tight-knit environment with frequent team outings The Role: This is a position is for a Mid or Senior Level Tech Recruiter with 360 recruitment experience. Were happy to consider all specialities if you have a proven track record in that area as long as its in the IT space. If youre mid-level and are looking to expand your knowledge, it could be a good place for you as we average about ten years of experience per consultant. However, that average is propped up by old man CEO Danny Normington with a whopping 30 years of experience! You can check out the team here: / Were based in the heart of Surry Hills and are currently in a shared space as we only work two days a week in the office. We have a reasonably flat structure, and if youre an experienced consultant, we tend to leave you to it unless you ask for assistance, no micro-management here! If youre mid-level, we tend to nurture your strengths and provide any necessary support to get you where you want to be.
