About the role: We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Extraordinaire a dynamic and motivated person committed to providing exceptional customer service to our guests, who is available to work overnights. This role''s primary focus is to create a friendly and cheerful atmosphere for all guests. This includes responding to guest inquiries with knowledgeable local advice and recommendations, managing efficient check-ins and check-outs, and offering vital information to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, you will work with the team to resolve any guest concerns or disputes, escalating them to the appropriate management when necessary. What are we looking for: Previous experience in front desk reception, customer service in an accommodation setting Flexible availability for night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
