Opportunity for a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist to join the Sydney CBD team is on offer. The Job Deliver a Wellbeing Program for Police - a holistic program providing support to Police after medically retiring. Assist with general psychosocial functioning, ADLs, exercise & other areas with the goal of returning to other employment Proactively manage a caseload of people who have sustained a workplace injury Focus on engaging your clients & working with all stakeholders to achieve safe, timely & durable RTW Attend Case Conferences, liaise with stakeholders to achieve outcomes Mental health training, fitness for work assessments, EAP & Psychological Workplace Assessments (in line with discipline) Relationship management develop robust internal & external relationships Provide training & coaching to other team members (for Senior Consultants), if of interest Why do people love working here?
