As part of our continued investment in growth and customer success, were looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to take ownership of our Queensland territory . About the Role: This is a key commercial role focused on driving business growth across both new and existing accounts. Youll work strategically to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and deliver high-impact solutions that meet customer needs and align with our sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across the territory Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction Collaborate with internal stakeholders across technical, operations, and marketing teams Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets Maintain a deep understanding of customer industries and packaging trends Represent the brand with professionalism and a focus on long-term value creation About You: Proven experience in B2B business development or sales, ideally in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial sectors Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate complex contracts Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a national team Valid drivers license and willingness to travel across QLD as required Whats On Offer: Base salary of $110k$120k , commensurate with experience Superannuation at 11.5% Company vehicle or car allowance Performance-based bonuses aligned with individual and business targets Work with a respected, industry-leading organisation focused on sustainability and innovation Opportunities for professional development and long-term career growth APPLY NOW NB: All candidates that meet our clients shortlist will be contacted within 5 business days
