Due to continued expansion Ferrycarrig are looking to hire Skilled Laborer''s to join our team. These positions will be based on projects in the Sydney Metro Area. About us Ferrycarrig is a leading constructor of utilities and civil infrastructure. We are a multi-disciplined contractor with the in-house resources and the capabilities to deliver all aspects of our projects. We own and operate a large fleet of plant and equipment and employ a large, diverse workforce that has extensive experience delivering large and complex utilities and civil infrastructure projects. Ferrycarrig has made a significant contribution to some of Sydneys largest and most significant infrastructure projects delivered in recent years, including Sydney Light Rail, Parramatta Light Rail, Sydney Metro, Western Sydney Airport, and the New Sydney Fish Markets. What you will be doing Operate tools and equipment as and when required Load, unload and identify building materials, machinery and tools and distribute them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications Spotting/Signal equipment operator to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery, equipment and materials Work in a safe manner and attend a pre-start before commencement of work Abide by all Site Safety rules and procedure Is this job for me Previous experience working with pipelaying crews Construction site experience Must have a White card In return from Ferrycarrig Excellent rates and overtime on offer Get involved with large civil infrastructure projects in the Greater Sydney area Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge Our Core Values: At Ferrycarrig, we take our core values to heart.
