We''re excited to welcome a 360 Recruitment Consultant to our Perm Hub Industrial recruitment team who will play a pivotal role in our continued success. Stakeholder management, relationship building, agency recruitment and business development/sales skills are crucial factors for your success in this role. This is an exciting permanent role where you will thrive from the challenges presented to you. Your daily tasks include: Further develop your electrical, mechanical, engineering recruitment and market knowledge Deliver to client expectations, recruiting roles such as Heavy Diesel Mechanics, Welders, Boilermakers, Engineers, Technicians right through to Leading Hands and Supervisor Power Generation Service our existing clients Australia wide but also focus on growing and expanding the amount of industrial clients we partner with in the permanent Industrial space Accountable for the complete end to end (360) recruitment process including but not limited to; Warm and cold business development, sourcing and qualifying a variety of candidates suitable for current vacancies, run accurate and comprehensive job briefs with Hiring Managers using such methods as databases searches, job board advertising and social media networks, screening and interviewing candidates (telephone, video or face to face), assessing work rights, tickets & licences, arranging interviews with clients, salary information, reference checking, negotiating salaries and managing the expectations of candidates and clients We''re looking for In order to be considered for this exciting role you should have: Strong local trades, agency recruitment experience (or are you a Tradie, Site Lead or Supervisor in construction, FM or manufacturing wanting to use your experience to break into the recruitment industry?) Currently working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in a recruitment agency Confidence and an excellent can-do attitude Established persuasion, communication & influencing skills Ability to deep dive into a clients ecosystem to fully understand their environment and needs Strong BD (warm and cold) and client focus Demonstrated relationship building skills Strong team player, contribute ideas, tenacious with a desire to continually grow and develop What''s In It For You?
