What you will be doing: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of rehabilitation counsellors, psychologists, and social workers, offering guidance and support to promote their professional growth. Cultivate a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging open communication and teamwork. Provide expert direction and support through structured quality assurance and strategic reviews. Leverage your strong clinical and technical expertise to consistently deliver high service standards to clients and customers. Building and nurturing relationships is second nature to you, from fostering individual connections with your team to maintaining professional rapport with key clients.
