Real Estate & Property Property Management Brisbane Permanent / Full Time Posted: 30/5/2025 $120,000-$140,000 p/a Retail & Commercial assets Brisbane & GC located portfolio Well-supported team (admin, compliancy and finance) Property Network of Australia is seeking a Portfolio Asset/Property Manager to join a dynamic commercial property firm with a growing management portfolio of retail and commercial assets across SE Qld. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in commercial or retail property management and the successful candidate will be responsible for the operational performance of a mixed commercial & retail portfolio, while playing a key role in strengthening client relationships and driving asset performance. The ideal candidate will have previous or current experience managing a portfolio of commercial or retail properties, with strong skills in financial reporting, stakeholder engagement, and lease management. The role is supported by Leasing a Team Coordinator and a Finance Officer! Key Duties & Responsibilities: Manage all lease events, rental arrears, and critical lease dates across a mixed-use portfolio Prepare and implement annual budgets, financial statements, and monthly written reports for clients Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors, ensuring efficient issue resolution and client service Oversee maintenance works, capital improvements, and compliance across the portfolio Support leasing agents in minimising vacancy and presenting asset management proposals for new business The ideal candidate will have: A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence and a valid driver''s licence (essential) Minimum 3 years'' experience in commercial or retail asset management Proficiency with asset and trust accounting systems such as MRI, Yardi or Cirrus8 etc Strong financial acumen and understanding of lease terms and compliance obligations High-level interpersonal and written communication skills If you think this role is for you and you have the required experience (as detailed above) then please do not hesitate to contact Eddie Reed by submitting your CV and a covering letter and they will be in touch with more information on the role and our client.
