Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and execute KIVARIs retail strategy, driving growth, profitability, and brand experience across all stores. Lead, mentor, and empower retail leaders and teams, nurturing a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous development. Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring every store delivers a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience aligned with KIVARIs values. Oversee all retail operations, ensuring high standards in visual merchandising, store presentation, inventory management, and compliance. Safeguard and elevate the KIVARI brand in every retail touchpoint, upholding our commitment to quality, sustainability, and community. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training processes to build high-performing retail teams. Collaborate with marketing, design, and visual merchandising teams to deliver cohesive and immersive brand experiences. Set and achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to maximise store performance and profitability. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimise product assortments. Lead new store openings and market expansion projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, landlords, and the broader KIVARI community. Report regularly to the executive team on retail performance and opportunities. Skills/Experience: 5 years proven experience in a senior retail leadership role, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle sector. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful retail strategies in a multi-site environment. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales growth and operational excellence. Inspirational leadership style with experience in building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing teams. Deep understanding of premium customer experience and brand storytelling. Passion for sustainability, quality, and fostering inclusive, community-driven environments. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Flexibility to travel as required and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving retail landscape.
