Based in Sydney, we are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual to execute our strategy for partners, bring in top-tier partners to the Intuit ecosystem, and build long-term, strategic relationships to grow the Intuit small business ecosystem. You will lead our partnership efforts in APAC, support stakeholders within our APAC team and across the global organization, and provide industry and competitive insights to leadership. This high-visibility role offers an excellent opportunity to help drive our evolution into an open platform company. The successful candidate will have excellent business acumen, ideally 8 years in strategy, partnership, or consulting roles, with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic product partnerships. The candidate should be capable of mentoring team members and working across multiple time zones. Key skills include developing compelling business cases, influencing organizational priorities, and negotiating complex deals with third parties. Responsibilities Drive and support partnership strategy and execution to grow the Mailchimp and QuickBooks ecosystems across APAC. Identify and influence opportunities aligning with strategic priorities, evaluate benefits, and collaborate across functions for execution. Address roadblocks, celebrate successes, and utilize operating mechanisms for continuous improvement. Negotiate and execute contracts, understanding commercials, pricing, and upside potential. Provide financial and business analysis to support M&A and partnership rationales, target selection, and deal justification. Develop short, medium, and long-term plans based on partnership objectives, working with US and AU teams in marketing, product, sales, and care. Ensure a great user experience by collaborating with product and design teams. Position Intuit as the partner of choice in the small business space. Monitor business results and recommend improvements to increase app adoption for Partners and Intuit. Establish engagement rules for internal teams to quickly resolve issues. Facilitate regular interactions between partnership teams and senior leaders. Qualifications Proven results in product management or business development roles (not sales). Strong strategic thinking background in consulting, strategy, or banking. Senior gravitas with the ability to communicate compelling stories to leaders. People leadership skills with high empathy and communication skills. Experience marketing or selling in evolving environments across cultures and time zones. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in fintech or martech is a plus. Motivated, hands-on team player, persistent, results-oriented. MBA or equivalent experience.
