Brand Managers are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Manage 1 Direct Report with the view for this team to continue to expand. Develop and execute the FMCG brand plans, aligned with measurable marketing objectives and KPIs. Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional media channels & in-store. Lead and Manage marketing initiatives including consumer promotions, trade promotions, POS, consumer research and other key projects. Lead the end-to-end development of creative campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, ensuring the portfolio of products remains differentiated and compelling in FMCG channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic input on NPD initiatives. Oversee the launch of new products, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market needs. Develop launch support materials and coordinate activation plans. Experience and Skills Required Experience at Brand Management level FMCG experience is essential to be considered Must come with experience having worked on Coles and Woolworths accounts Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
